The classic motoring scene in Britain will always have plenty of enthusiastic followers, even in tough times. Anyone looking to buy a classic car should visit The Classic Motor Show at the NEC in Birmingham as it is ‘the’ place to be if you are an aficionado.
If however you’re new to the classic car scene you will love this great show which is held in November, spans six halls and brings together the whole classic motoring spectrum in a unique annual celebration of the car. It normally displays over 1,200 cars and 250 motorcycles from all over the World and hosts the biggest single gathering of UK companies and traders. The Classic Motor Show also offers, under one roof, virtually every product and service available to the classic car owner or enthusiast.
The classic car scene, which encompasses veteran cars, vintage cars, sports cars, super cars and modern classics, offers a diverse number of social outlets for the enthusiast. These include classic car shows, club meets, auctions, rallies, hill climbs, racing and runs – the most famous of which is the London to Brighton Run. So if you have ever wanted to own or drive a genuine classic don't dither; now is the time to follow your dream.
